To my surprise, as soon as I got home, I saw Jack and his group waiting at my doorstep.
He was holding a stack of photos in his hand. When I looked closely, I saw they were photos of me and Dr. Ryan out together.
“Emily, what’s the meaning of this?” Jack’s eyes were red–rimmed, his hand tightly gripping the divorce agreement.
“What should it mean?” I sneered, looking straight at him, “You came uninvited, and now you’re trying to turn the tables on me?”
Sophia stood by with her arms crossed, a provocative smile tugging at her lips, “Emily, how can you say that about us? After all, the photos of you and the doctor out together are irrefutable evidence.“”
“Photos?” I scoffed, “That was just a normal get–together between friends, which you’ve maliciously misinterpreted. As for what you’ve been doing behind my back, you know it very well yourselves.”
Jack’s father then took out his phone, showing a photo of me and the doctor at the Western restaurant on the screen.
He questioned with feigned authority: “Emily, how do you explain this? You’re having an affair while still married!”

“An affair?” My gaze was sharp as I fearlessly met his eyes, “Uncle, you’re really funny. Before me, hasn’t your son done the same thing many
Times?”
Hearing this, Jack’s mother immediately became agitated,
She pointed at my nose and scolded loudly: “You have the nerve to say that! After so many years of marriage, you couldn’t even give birth to a child, ending our Stone family line! How dare you stand heret”
“Enough!” I shouted, unable to bear it any longer. The whole room shook with my voice, “You don’t get to decide whether I have the right to stand here or not! Today, I’ll show you who really has no right to stand here!”
With that, I turned and walked to the bedroom, taking out an exquisite box from the bedside table. It was my “trophy” over these years – evidence revealing Jack’s true face,
Returning to the living room, I slammed the box in front of Jack, saying coldly: “Open it and see what’s inside”
Jack opened the box with trembling hands. Inside were photos of his affairs, hotel check–in records, and his money transfer records to Sophia. His face instantly turned as white as paper,
Jack tried to defend himself: “Emily, I married you because I love you..”
“Because of what?” I interrupted him, “Because the Johnson family’s financial condition was better and could help your Stone family through difficult times, right?”
I sneered, “You think I don’t know? Before we got married, your Stone family’s company was already on the verge of collapse, it was my parents who, seeing your sincerity, agreed to this marriage and gave you a substantial wedding gift to fill the deficit in your company”
“You’re talking nonsense!” Jack’s mother screamed in denial,
“Whether I’m talking nonsense or not, you know it in your hearts, I pulled out a hotel check–in record from the box and threw it in front of them, “These, and these surveillance videos, are all evidence of your betrayal!”
Seeing this, Sophia suddenly fell to her knees, covering her face and crying bitterly: “Sister–in–law, why are you doing this to me? Jack and are innocent. Do you want to drive me to death before you’re satisfied?”
“Drive you to death?” I raised an eyebrow, “Sophia, your acting skills are really first–class, Unfortunately, I’m not an audience, and I won’t buy your tears. I’ve known about your sordid affairs for a long time. The reason I’m bringing these out today is to let you know that 1, Emily Johnson, am not a pushover that you can bully at will!”
