Chapter 15
After everyone left, Samantha’s expression changed in an instant, and she immediately put on a cheerful smile and continued eating fruit.
Samantha changed her expressions as quickly as flipping through a book.
Xavion’s mouth twitched. He leaned in close to Samantha, almost adoring her as a goddess.
“Samantha, oh no, Samantha, oh no, Queen Samantha!” Xavion exclaimed with admiration. “From today onward, you’re my Queen Samantha. I. Xavion, will follow your lead. If you tell me to go east, I won’t go west. I won’t herd chickens when you tell me to herd ducks.”
“But… Xavion’s eyes sparkled, and his voice softened as he continued, “Queen Samantha, can you teach me how to deal with people who provoke you by either driving them away or knocking them gut while keeping yourself unharmed?”
Samantha burst into laughter, then reached out and hooked her finger under Xavion’s chin. Her enchanting eyes shimmered like a bewitching demon’s, and she asked with a smile, “What? Do you want to learn?”
“Yes, I want to learn. Xavion felt his scalp tingle from Samantha’s finger on his chin, but he couldn’t resist the desire to learn this awesome skill. He had to tough it out.
Samantha’s smile widened, her face resembling a man–eating monster. “Alright, I’ll teach you.”
“Really? Xavion jumped up in excitement and looked at Samaritha with anticipation.
However, Samantha’s following words were like a bucket of cold water pouring over him. “When you’ve served me well, I’m teach you.”
Ryland burst into laughter. He thought, “That’s brilliant! Brilliant!
Mommy’s quote notebook needs to be organized quickly
Samantha finished eating and drinking before returning to her room. She cleaned herself up and started tinkering with the equipment she had bought.
First, she dismantled all the new phones she had bought, took out the new parts and tools she had purchased today, and then began to assemble them herself.
After about half an hour, five phones became one.
Samantha looked satisfied at the phone in front of her. It was all black and looked like an elder–friendly phone worth about 100 dollars.
In reality, it had a shocking number of functions.
Samantha swiftly operated it, and the phone’s screen was directly projected onto the wall.
Subconsciously, she entered the website of Hackers Clan.
Surprisingly, she saw an asshole spending 20 million dollars to check her information in the order section.
And it specifically targeted her newly registered account, 5, from a few days ago.
Samantha grabbed her hair in frustration.
“What the hell is going on?
11:38 Thu, Oct 3 BB.
Chapter 15
My new account, S, is just a fucking newcomer.
This account has only taken a mere 600–thousand–dollar job.
What’s there to be so interested in?‘ she pondered.
Samantha gritted her teeth and clicked in. The person who placed the order was named “Gu.”
Samantha was taken aback.
63%
n
Isn’t this the fucking asshole who placed an order for a year and a half without anyone accepting it and only offered a mere 600 thousand dollars in commission?
Did he find me unsatisfactory for not doing a perfect job, or did I attract his attention by doing too well?
Couldn’t he just come directly to me if he wanted my information?
Why spend 20 million dollars investigating my information and putting me at the heart of the struggle?
What an asshole!
Fortunately, I’m always cautious in my actions. When I registered this account, I added a firewall to protect myself so that ordinary people wouldn’t find me, Samantha thought.
However, this was not enough to quell her anger.
Samantha opened the chat box with “Gu” and sent a barrage of texts.
S: [Hey, why are you investigating me?]
[Was my previous work not good enough?)
[Do you want to cancel the order?]
[Or were you amazed by my astonishing skills? Do you want to become my disciple?]
[Why would you offer someone else 20 million dollars if you want to be my disciple? With your intelligence, it would be difficult for me to accept you.]
Simon looked intently at the chat window on Francis‘ phone with this person named “S, and his head started to fill with frustra
“Could this ‘S‘ be a fool? How dare he even want to become Francis‘ master? Does he know who Francis is?”
Simon was already imagining in his mind an image of the “S” as a chubby, tech–savvy man, and he silently lit a candle for
him.
At that moment, Simon looked at Francis and said. “Francis, take a look at the message this S sent you.”
Francis took the phone as he read the message. His face turned dark with displeasure.
He thought. “If I don’t know why I would look for this S, his words would make me doubt if I really spent a fortune on investigating him just to become his disciple.
Francis pondered for a moment and started typing a reply.
Gu: I don’t want to become your disciple
S: [Then what do you want? Do you want a pie in the sky?]
Chapter 15
Gu: […]
S: [You’re such an idiot.]
“What the fuck! He is insulting you! Damn! No, I can’t just let this go, Simon exclaimed.
“Yarris, toss me the laptop! I’m going to challenge this guy! I refise to believe that I, son of the Yateses, can’t defeat an ugly tech guy sitting at home! he demanded.
Then, Simon opened the laptop, logged into his account named “Yates” on Hackers Clan, and immediately began attacking
On the other side, Samantha smiled, observing Yates account as if she were looking at a fool.
“Where did this asshole come from? How dare he attack me? He must be crazy obsessed with money! Today, I’ll strip him down to their underwear and leave nothing behind,” she declared.
Immediately, Samantha started teasing Simon like she was teasing a dog.
She offered him a glimmer of hope, then mercilessly crush it.
And then she gave him a small ray of hope once more and crush it ruthlessly.
This repeated cycle made Simon feel like he was riding a roller coaster, going up and down. After a few rounds, he was drenched in sweat, completely exhausted.
Simon slammed the laptop down in frustration and was about to tear his hair out.
He muntered under his breath, “Fuck it. Is this $ even a human? So formidable.”
With a gaze full of depth, Francis looked at Simon and said, “S has been playing with you the whole time. Didn’t you notice?
“What?” Simon sat up abruptly.
“Every time you felt like you were about to break through his firewall, it was a deliberate bait he released to give you hope, only to knock you down mercilessly. That’s how he keeps you spinning in circles,” Francis explained.
Suddenly, Francis smiled and said in a hoarse voice, “This person is quite interesting.”
However, upon hearing these words, Simon felt even more disheartened.
He even lost the energy to curse.
Simon prided himself on his computer skills, believing he was among the top in Elstunda. At one point, he even thought that he had control over S. However, he never anticipated being so thoroughly defeated.
Simon felt his dignity was utterly shattered.
In the next second, a notification sound from Hackers Clan resonated on Francis‘ phone
It was another message from S.
S[That person named Yates is your friend, right? Did you ask him to attack me because you couldn’t handle it yourself? However, if you plan to attack me again, could you find someone with better skills? His phony skills are simply a waste of my time. Since he’s that lousy, I can only assume you’re just as mediocre, right?]
S: [You guys, with such pitiful looks, still want to dig into my information. Go back and look at yourselves in the mirror. Don’t daydream too much, or you’ll pass away. If you’re so delusional, I won’t hesitate to inherit your legacy without effort.]
Chapter 15
Simon was furious.
“Where does this prick get the audacity? Inherit our legacy? Youre just mediocre? Asking us to look at ourselves in the mirror? Son of a bitch! Francis, if you don’t do something to him today, I won’t be able to swallow this anger.”
Francis looked at Simon calmly and said, “If you can’t swallow this anger, what does that have to do with me?”
Simon remained silent.
“What happened to our deep brotherly bond?” he thought.
