Chapter 122
All the teachers left dejectedly.
Only Noah from Elstunda University. He sat Samantha down in the living room to discuss what major she wanted to study
next.
Noah said, “We have many professional majors in our school, Samantha. Since you got full marks for Mathematics and comprehensive sciences, you can apply for the Faculty of Mathematics or the Faculty of Physics with full marks in math and comprehensive sciences. Your future career will be more toward a research institute of the Academy of Science. You will be a very excellent researcher in the future.”
“No, thanks,” Samantha said casually, sitting with her legs crossed on the couch.
“I’m going to apply for the Faculty of Computer Science.”
“But our teachers at the Faculty of Physics and the Faculty of Mathematics both want you-
“Isn’t it my right to choose what major I want? Why do I have to go just because the teachers want me to?” Samantha argued.
She did not show any respect to Noah at all, and she was domineering
Noah almost sweated.
He wondered why this class of students was
so fierce.
He had been a teacher for 20 years, yet he dared not look directly at the student.
He was also afraid to retort.
“Yes, you’re right, Samantha. Your major is your choice. I was just giving you a little advice.”
Samantha stood up directly and said, I don’t need your advice. Is there anything else, Mr. Jinright? If not, I’ll take my leave?
Then, she left without waiting for Noah’s reply.
Noah was speechless…
“This student…” He pondered
It felt like even Elstunda University did not dare accept her.
He somehow felt she would bring a reign of terror if she went to Elstunda University.
Samantha went back home and checked on Yarris in the examination room
It had been a month, but Yarris was still lying motionless on the bed with a pale face.
Francis hired a special medical staff to take care of Yarris.
For example, they would help wash him up.
On the other hand, Jasper had been studying the virus.
He had not mentioned leaving and was focused on studying the virus
Sadly, there had been no progress.

Francis had also been busy lately.
Samantha did not know what occupied him.
After exiting the examination room, Samantha went to look for Francis in the study. However, Francis was not there,
When she walked past Jasper’s room, she saw Francis coming out of there.
Samantha asked, Francis, why are you in Jasper’s ru
Francis answered, “I’ve read many medical hooks recently, and have some ideas to discuss with him.
“Medical books?” Samantha asked in surprise, “Are you busy studying medicine recently?”
“Yes,” Francis nodded
“One is to save Yarris, and the other is.. There will be a doctor in the family in the future, so it’s for backup
Samantha looked at the eye bags under Francis‘ eyes and felt heartbroken.
This man had always been like this since childhood, doing something for her silently.
He never brought up how much effort he

Samantha thought she was lucky to meet him.
So, what are the results of your research?”
- in.
Francis answered, “Jasper and I are working together. Maybe we can work out an antidote in two months.
“However, the chances of success aren’t 100%.
“On the contrary, if we can get the virus samples from the Dark Manor, we can develop an antidote in less than a month, increasing the chances of success”
“I see.” Samantha nodded. “Then, I’ll find a way.”
After returning to the room, Samantha turned on the laptop.
Sometimes, she could not sit back and wait. She had to take the initiative to attack.
Samantha pulled our map of the western district of Westbrook Lane.
Then, she memorized all the key positions.
Now, all she knew was that Dark Manor had one base.
However, she knew there must be more.
Hence, she continued investigating.
Samantha changed into neat trousers and carried a black backpack containing the equipment she had prepared recently.
Then, she departed.
She continued to search on her phone while driving,
She did not plan to go to the base today.

First, she had to deal with someone
She followed the route found on the map and arrived at the place in an hour.
It was a very shabby residential building.
She frowned and walked in.
She went up to the fourth floor.
Next, she knocked on the door.
“Who is it?”
It was a familiar voice.
Lucille opened the door and suddenly went mad when she saw Samantha
Lucille screamed, “What are you doing here? Are you here to ridicule us?
“Have you not harmed us enough?
“Are you satisfied now, seeing us living in such a place! Are you Happy now? Huh?”
Lucille was wearing tattered clothes, and her face was grimy. She even put on an apron and was obviously doing housework.
-Samantha had to admit she was enjoying herself at the sight.
Lucille finally fell from a noblewoman to an ordinary homemaker.
At that moment, Samantha grinned.
She walked in directly.
“Yeah, I’m delighted to see you two in this situation. I’m content
“Oh, wait.” Samantha, who walked in, suddenly looked back at Lucille.
“I’m not particularly satisfied yet.”
“What do you want to do?” Lucille’s heart skipped a beat, and she had a bad feeling.
“Of course, I’m here to cause trouble.”
Samantha glanced at the worn–out couch in disgust.
“Hmm, I can’t sit on such a shabby couch. I’m way too noble for that.”
Lucille fell silent.
Her face turned pale.
“Mom, who’s there?”
Elise, who had just finished her shower, wrapped her hair with a towel and came out of the room.
The moment she saw Samantha, blood drained from her face.
Yet, Samantha was smiling at her heartlessly.

“Well, I guess you’re not used to it. The shower gel you used before used to cost a few hundred dollars a bottle. You used to soak in a bathtub while drinking wine. That towel you’re using to wrap your hair now must only cost a few dollars, right?”
“Samantha!” Elise clasped her hands together.
“If you came here today to ridicule and humiliate me, you don’t have to
Samantha continued, “Of course, I’m not here to talk about that it’s not worth my time to specially visit you to see how you’ve fallen. I’m not that interested in your life. Seeing how you’re still alive, you should consider me merciful.
Hearing Samantha’s nonchalant words, Elise’s pupils suddenly contracted.
Thinking of the dark days, Elise’s blood boiled as her body trembled with fear, horror, and despair.
She looked up at Samantha.
“It’s you who locked me up and tortured me, isn’t it?”
Samantha pulled a piece of candy from her pocket and popped it into her mouth.
“Now, I’m here to capture you back.”
“That’s illegal imprisonment! I cah sue you for that!” Elise screamed.
She kept shivering from extreme fear, and her lips were pale.
“Hmph Samantha looked at her contemptuously.
“Sue me, then. Don’t you know you’re now a target of scorn? Will anyone help you fight against me?”
Elise suddenly snarled, “Try me. Let’s see if 1 can find someone to help me.”
“Okay.” Samantha sat on a chair.
“Then, I’ll sit here and wait until you find someone to help you
The narrator has something to say.
Samantha, “Let’s see who you’ll get to help you.”
Elise, I’ll get the world’s second–best assassin, Seth?
Samantha, “Sorry, but 1 defeated him.”
Elise, “I’ll put out an order in the Hackers Clan and hire someone to hack you!”
Samantha, “Excuse me, but the Three Musketeers from the Hackers Clan call me their leader.
Elise, “Then, I’ll-
Samantha, “You can go to hell.”
