Hunter’s POV
I walked into my family house living room with Eden behind nie.
I was at the office when my mom called, so I decided to go to the house after a meeting I had with a client at a venue close to
the house
“Good afternoon Dad,” I greeted my dad who was sitting on the couch with his whole attention glued to the newspaper in hist

“What do you have to say,num asked me.
I took a sip from the glass seated by my side.
“I got nothing to say about it, besides I’m not giving her any silent treatment, sometimes it is stress from the office that made me not give her attention the way she wants,” I explained,

We walked into the penthouse house.
I sat on the hand of the couch and breathed out heavenly.
“You need to take it easy, you’re beginning to mix work with emotions, which is not good at all,”

“Okay, fine, come freshen up with me, we can fix something to eat after,” I suggested.

Butterflies came flying in my belly at the sound of that.
It has been a while and I have missed her a lot.
