Today marked the seventh day since Juliana’s death. It was said the seventh day
was the day of returning souls.
Would she come back?
Would she still want to see me?
I was uncertain.
I looked at my reflection in the mirror, a face covered in stubble and looking haggard.
I suddenly felt a trace of panic.
No!
The Stanley Juliana loved wasn’t like this. She said she liked a sunny and handsome Stanley, someone who only took her in his heart.
In my panic, I grabbed a razor and began to shave my face. As long as… As long as
I could look like before, Juliana would love me again!
The razor soon cleaned the stubble from my face, but why hasn’t Juliana appeared.

I placed the razor against my face again, and the first stroke drew blood.

“Stanley, what are you doing? She’s gone, but you shouldn’t mistreat your body.

The face of Amelia suddenly loomed large in my vision. I suddenly remembered something.
It was her. She made Juliana cry many times.
Juliana didn’t like her.
Juliana said she liked Stanley, someone who was pure and only had her in his
heart.
I had been with another woman… I was dirty….
She wouldn’t like a Stanley like this.
As long as… As long as this girl disappeared, Juliana wouldn’t hate me anymore!
I suddenly felt I had found the truth, my whole body trembling with excitement.
I beckoned the girl with my finger.
“Come here, come.”
The girl, excited by my invitation, hurried to my side, ready to kiss me.
“Stanley, you’re so annoying. You scared me just now. You were so fierce.”
I looked into her eyes and suddenly smiled, leaning in to whisper in her ear.
“Do you know why Juliana and I have been married for so long without having
any children?”
She pouted, disdainful.
“It’s definitely her problem! What else could it be? Maybe she messed up her body in the past!”
I shook my head, feeling around on the table for something.
When I found it, I brought it closer to her, saying.
“A few days ago, I just got a check–up report. I’m infertile.”
Her eyes widened in shock, looking at me in disbelief.
It was too late for her to escape.
The dagger plunged violently into her body!
Blood flew everywhere!
The girl died in the end due to her greed.
She could only watch the man she once had an affair with end her life.
Finally, she collapsed to the ground..
Showing no sign of life…
Looking at his blood–stained hands, Stanley suddenly laughed.
“Juliana, look, I’m pure now! I’m still the pure man you loved! Look!”
But no one answered him.
He abruptly stopped laughing, looking at the dagger, and talking to himself.

moment, the dagger drew a line across his neck.
As a torrent of blood filled his airway, he was on the brink of death.
Yet he somehow managed to crawl into our bedroom.
Looking at the large wedding photo on the wall…
He smiled brightly.
“Juliana, I… I’m coming.”
