The moment I stepped out of the hospital, I pulled my coat tightly around me; the northern winter was truly biting.

Clutching the medical report, I hesitated to step inside, fearing I might uncover some painful truth.

I was momentarily stunned, feeling dizzy at the thought. I resemble Julia, his secretary?
