Lucille was delighted to see that the mischievous Ryland was adored by Alec.

“Yes.” Lucille lowered her head silently as she could not bear the sharp and serious look Alec gave her, but her eyes were full of anger.
Lucille mentally remarked. “Samantha’s getting harder to deal with! But she’s just a girl in her twenties. How could she win against me? Humph!”
In the afternoon, Samantha and Ryland played video games in the room.
She had to admit that Ryland definitely inherited his high intelligence from her.

No matter what kind of game he played, he understood it immediately. His ability to learn by analogy was the best.
The two were holding low–spec phones and defeating other players in the game happily.
Suddenly, there came a knock on the door.
“Samantha, are you in there? It’s me.” It was Lucille’s voice.
A trace of impatience flashed across Samantha’s eyes. She was focused on defeating the other players.
“Come in!”

Lucille walked in, and the corner of her mouth could not help but twitch when she saw Samantha and Ryland playing games on their phones with their fingers quickly moving

She’s a mother, but she keeps playing video games with her son. This is absurd!”
Lucille kept comforting herself in her heart that after getting the family assets when Alec passed away, she would kick Samantha and Ryland out of the Johansson family.
The she would feel less annoyed when the two were out of sight.
Suppressing the annoyance she felt in her heart, Lucille headed into the room, sat on the couch, and pretended to be kind and benevolent. “Sam, I just came back from Sovereign Kindergarten.”
“Oh, Samantha answered casually and continued to play the game without even glancing at Lucille.
“Mommy! Hurry up! Sneak attack on the left!” shouted Ryland.
“Fucking hell! How dare they besiege me? I won’t let them go!” fumed Samantha.
Lucille took a deep breath, keeping telling herself deep down not to get angry, to remain calm and focus on the family
assets.
After taking a few deep breaths, Lucille calmed down before saying, “Sovereign Kindergarten said Ryland had never been to a kindergarten. His foundation is too weak. If he goes to Sovereign Kindergarten, he can’t keep up with their progress. So, they suggested that he attended a regular kindergarten.”
“Fuck!” cursed Samantha in a low voice, and her fingers rapidly moved as she ordered, “Kiddo, go to Baron Nashor and ambush them. We’ll take them down at once!”
“Okay! Mommy, I’ll shock them later. You can just attack them from behind.”
Lucille was speechless and continued to take deep breaths.
With that, Lucille stood beside the two like a statue for almost ten minutes.
Finally, the two raised their heads and jumped up to high–five each other.
Ryland grinned. “Five consecutive victories! Mommy, you’re awesome. You got an MVP again.”
Samantha smiled proudly. “That’s only natural. Look who I am. With such a cheap phone and a smurf account, I can even play the game like the world’s top–level player. Haha! Call me Queen Samantha”

Turning around, Samantha saw that Lucille was gritting her teeth.
Lucille was stunned. She hurriedly smiled. “Samantha, Ryland, are you done?”
“What can I do for you?” Samantha sat on the chair and kept gnawing an apple as if she did not take Lucille seriously at all.
Lucille took a deep breath again and said, “Well, Sovereign Kindergarten refused to accept Ryland. They suggested that Ryland attend an ordinary kindergarten first because they assumed Ryland hadn’t been in kindergarten since he was already five and had a weak foundation. How about arranging another kindergarten for him to build the foundation before he attends Sovereign Kindergarten?”
“Ha! Are you sure?” Samantha smiled contemptuously.
Lucille felt her scalp tingle because of Samantha’s stare. Then, she forced herself to reply, “Sovereign Kindergarten said that
Lucille was interrupted by a loud bang. Samantha smashed the apple directly into the plate, kicked the chair against the wall, and carried Ryland out of the room.
Lucille was at a loss for words. She was confused about what was happening
She thought, “What’s wrong with the two of them?”
Suddenly, a possibility appeared in Lucille’s mind. She was so frightened that her face turned pale. Then, she rushed out immediately.
However, when she arrived, she saw Samantha standing in front of Alec and enunciating word by word, “Grandpa, Lucille said she couldn’t arrange for Ryland to attend Sovereign Kindergarten. She said Sovereign Kindergarten disliked Ryland because he had no foundation and asked him to attend another kindergarten. Your great–grandson is aggrieved now. I can’t comfort him no matter what. You should do something about it.
After saying that, Samantha gave Ryland a look, signaling him to start the act. Then, she sat on the couch and started to munch some nuts.
Her body was frail, so she had to take good care of herself.
